10 Days Replacement (Ride-on toys)

Ride-on category toys are eligible for free replacement/refund within 10 days of delivery in the unlikely event of receiving damaged, defective, or different/wrong items. Items are replaceable if received in a condition where:

  • Goods have suffered partial damage, requiring replacement of specific parts such as front and rear glass, battery, remote, drive gearbox, dashboard, steering, seat, side mirror, etc.

Note: Please maintain the item in its original condition, including the outer box or case, user manual, and other accompanying items in the manufacturer's packaging for a successful return pick-up. We may contact you to verify the damage or defect in the product before issuing a replacement. Missing Product Accessories:

If product accessories are missing, such as the charger, remote, or other items, please inform our team within 2 days. We will ship the missing items to you.

Items are fully refundable if received in a catastrophically damaged condition.

Return Policy (Small remote control toys)

6 days Replacement

Replacement Condition: Only applicable for damaged, defective, or different/wrong items.

Return Policy (Non-electrical items)

15 days Replacement

Toys, Prams, Strollers, Carriers; Baby Utensils & Feeding Sets, Baby Apparel, Diaper Bags; Baby Furniture, Nursery Décor are eligible for free replacement within 15 days of delivery in the unlikely event of damage, defects, or the delivery of a different item.

Cancel Items or Orders:

You can cancel items or orders within 24 hours by visiting the 'Your Orders' section in your account.

How to Submit a Refund Request:

Visit the 'Your Orders' section in your account, click on the refund tab, and state the reason for your refund. Attach product pictures and follow the provided instructions to submit your request.

Prepaid Orders

  • Credit Card/Debit Card, Net Banking Account: 2-4 Business Days
  • UPI Linked Bank Account: 2-4 Business Days

Pay on Delivery Orders (COD)

  • NEFT to Bank Account: 2-4 Business Days

Replacement Timeline:

Approximately 15 days, including pickup and delivery.

Terms and Conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging. The returned product must reach our warehouse. After receiving the returned product, our warehouse reserves the right to examine whether it meets the reported conditions. In case of any alteration indicating that the "return product is not defective or damaged," the customer will be informed, and a Partial Refund will be processed. This refund policy does not cover losses due to accidents, misuse, misbehavior, negligence, voltage fluctuations, spills of water/liquid, or other causes by the buyer, not attributed to the manufacturer's faults in material or workmanship. Returns are not accepted for reasons such as the product being small, inadequate quality, personal preference, or no longer needed. The customer will be informed, and a partial refund may be processed.

Instant Refund:

Yes, available. Refunds are made by us after deducting 5% for bank charges.

Note: If your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and tracking details have been updated, you cannot cancel the order. Doing so will result in a 15% charge deduction, and the amount will remain on hold until the product is received by us.

Auto Refund:

If the item ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within 4-5 days and offer other product options. If agreed upon, your order will be dispatched; otherwise, a full refund will be initiated instantly.
